Burak Yeter

DJ and producer Burak Yeter and his catchy house tunes are coming straight to Festival 84! It was clear from an early age that Amsterdam-born Yeter was destined to be an music artist. He developed an interest in music early on, learning to play the piano, guitar and writing lyrics. Later on, he solidified his knowledge by earning a master’s degree in Sound Engineering. His ascend on the world’s music ladder started in 2004 when he won Burn & MTV Dance Heat DJ Contest. After numerous successful singles and albums and garnered awards, it was only natural that he wanted to help other young DJ’s navigating the music industry, so after he signed a contract with renowed audio company Pioneer, he opened DJ schools in Amsterdam, Istanbul and Los Angeles.

Yeter’s skills got him the chance to produce and arrange remixes for international stars such as Depeche Mode, Beyonce, Sam Smith and Alicia Keys. He shook dance floors across Europe recently with his monster-single “Tuesday” which gathered over 320 million YouTube views and hit #1 in over 70 countries on iTunes and Shazam.
